COLLEGE NATION AUTHENTICS Return Policy Effective January 1, 2026
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, collectible, and time-sensitive nature of memorabilia, College Nation Authentics does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an auction has closed and a buyer has been confirmed. This policy applies to all lots regardless of category, estimated value, or method of purchase.
We strongly encourage all bidders to review item photographs, lot descriptions, condition reports, and provenance documentation in full before placing a bid. Our team is available prior to auction close to answer any questions you may have about a specific item.
Exception: Item Not as Described
We stand firmly behind the integrity of every description published on our platform. In the event that an item you receive differs materially from its published lot description, you may be eligible to request a return and full refund.
A return request may be considered if the item received meets one or more of the following criteria:
- The item is a different piece entirely from what was described or pictured in the listing
- A significant, undisclosed condition issue is present that was not noted in the lot description or condition report
- The item's autograph, signature, or certification has been verified as inauthentic by a recognized third-party authority
Disagreements over subjective condition grades, personal preferences, or buyer's remorse do not constitute grounds for a return. Our condition assessments are conducted by experienced specialists and reflect industry-standard grading practices.
